SaaSTrail DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

SaaSTrail SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR YOUR DATA.

10. Termination

SaaSTrail may terminate your access to the Platform for any reason, at any time, without notice. You may terminate your account at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tamilnadu, India, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SaaSTrail with respect to your use of the Platform.
